MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) Order DENYING Plaintiff's Motion for Judicial Intervention (Dkt. #7 ) by Magistrate Judge Karen E. Scott: On September 9, 2021, Plaintiff filed a "Motion for Judicial Intervention," seeking the mailing addresses of each named Defendant in order for Plaintiff to serve Defendants with the summons and complaint. (Dkt. #7 .) Plaintiff's request is DENIED. The Court will not authorize service of process on Defendants until after (1) the filing fee has been paid in full, and (2) the Court has screened the complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915A.
