Eidenmuller v. Groupon, Inc.
Dr. William Eidenmuller, a California consumer sues Groupon over the one (1) year expiration date imposed on a 'Daily Deal' he bought for a restaurant food and drink discount. The plaintiff was unable to use his Groupon within a year after he bought it, and charges that the coupon's limitations violate federal and California state law.
