Judgment shall be entered in favor of the Defendants and against the Plaintiffs declaring that the portion of the Judgment Debt attributable to wrongful conversion is hereby discharged. 3. Interest on the nondischargeable judgment shall accrue at the federal judgment rate." This action is Remanded to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southe rn District of California for further proceedings consistent with this Order. The Clerk of the Court shall close the case.
