ORDER Of Final Judgment (Re Doc. 14 ): The clerk will enter a judgment that title to the subject land vested in the United States of America on 1/11/2007, upon the filing of the Declaration of Taking and the deposit in the Registry of the Court of t he original estimated just compensation in the amount of $1.00. The Clerk of the Court shall hold and maintain said $1.00 deposited in this case in the Registry of the Court open to any and all claims until the date five years from the date of entry of this Judgment, and if said funds or any portion thereof remain unclaimed by such date, the Clerk of the Court, without further motion of the United States or order of this Court, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 2042, shall cause said sum, together with any interest it may accrue, to be deposited in the U.S. Treasury in the name and to the credit of the United States of America in trust for the use and benefit of any person entitled thereto.
