Filing 68 ORDER granting in part and denying in part 55 Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment: The Court finds that Defendant Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania is not entitled to summary judgment in its favor as to Plaintiff R&R Sails 9; claims for breach of contract, bad faith, or punitive damages. The Court finds that Defendant is entitled to summary judgment in its favor as to Plaintiff's unfair business practices claim. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Defendant's motion for summary judgment.
