ORDER granting 451 Plaintiff's Motion for enhanced Damages, exceptional case, and Attorneys Fees. The Court grants Plaintiff's motion for enhanced damages. In addition to the compensatory damages awarded by the jury, the Court awards Plai ntiff enhanced damages of $1 million against Apex and $32,000 against Zone for their willful patent infringement. In light of the finding of willful infringement, the Court also grants Plaintiff's request for attorneys' fees.
