ORDER Denying 38 Plaintiff's Motion to Seal Documents and Related Protective Order and Order to Show Cause: The Port is HEREBY ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why its motion to disqualify should not be barred by waiver. If the Port intends to proceed wi th its motion to disqualify, it must no later than 7/6/2009 file and serve a memorandum of points and authorities no more than seven pages in length and supporting evidence, if any, to show cause why its motion to disqualify should not be barred by w aiver. No later than July 13, 2009, Traylor's opposition, no more than seven pages in length and supporting evidence, if any, due 7/13/2009. The Port's, no more than five pages in length, and supporting evidence, if any due 7/16/2009. If the Port is successful in showing its motion to disqualify is not barred, the court will issue a briefing schedule to consider the merits of the motion and any related motion to seal exhibits.
