FDIC's request for judicial notice is granted. Proceedings stayed for 90 days, up to and including 5/27/2009. FDIC shall submit written status report to Court by 5/27/2009, advising Court whether FDIC gave Pla notice of the FIRREA claims process and whether Pla has filed an administrative claim under FIRREA. FDIC may refile the Motion to Dismiss after expiration of the stay. Dft Trustee Corp's request for judicial notice is granted. Pla shall file a First Amended Complaint against Trustee Corps no later than 30 days from the date of this Order. Downey Savings and Loan Association, F. A. and Trustee Corps terminated.
