ORDER denying Dft Verizon Communications, Inc's ("VCI") 35 Motion to Strike Supplemental Briefing; granting Dft Verizon Communications and Verizon Yellow Pages' 23 Motion to Dismiss. Because Court has no personal jurisdiction over VCI, Court declines to address Dfts' Rule 4(m), Rule 12(b)(6) and venue arguments. Dfts' motion to dismiss as to Verizon Yellow Pages Company is granted. Dfts' motion for lack of personal jurisdiction as to Verizon Communications is granted.
