ORDER Granting 8 Motion to Dismiss; Granting in part and denying in part 9 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction; Granting in part and denying in part 10 Motion to Dismiss: The motion to dismiss filed by Defendants MedQuist, Inc. and CBay System Holdings Limited is GRANTED. All claims alleged against these Defendants are DISMISSED on the grounds of res judicata. The Clerk of Court shall TRANSFER this action to the United States District Court for the Central District of Calif ornia. The motions to dismiss filed by Defendants Stephen H. Rusckowski and Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V. of the Netherlands are GRANTED to the extent the court finds that venue is not properly laid in this district.
