ORDER granting in part and denying in part 4 Motion to Dismiss. The Court Dismisses without prejudice all of Plaintiffs' Complaint except for the following: (1) Plaintiffs' RESPA claim for failure to respond to the QWRs; and (2) Plaintiff s' claim for violation of § 17200 only insofar as the violation is based on the failure to respond to the QWRs.
