Defendants are excused from answering or otherwi se responding to the amended complaint, until 21 days from the date limited discovery closes. Limited discovery is to be completed no later than 12/1/11. Judge Porter may in her discretion extend the discovery period by written order, to no later th an 2/1/12. If, after the limited discovery period closes, Plaintiffs believe they can successfully amend their complaint, they may do so no later than 21 days from the date limited discovery closes.
