ORDER: (1) Granting 14 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction and Improper Venue; and Granting in Part and Denying in Part 35 Ex Parte Motion to Strike Late Filed Documents. Because the Court lacks personal jurisdiction over each of the Defendants, and none of the events giving rise to Plaintiff's claims occurred in the Southern District of California, the Court dismisses Plaintiff's Complaint for lack of jurisdiction and improper venue.
