ORDER Granting in Part and Denying in Part 38 Iovate Health Sciences USA, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss and Denying 39 GNC's Motion to Dismiss. The Court grants Plaintiff leave to amend her claims against IHSUSA to remedy the deficiencies n oted above.
