Plaintiff's claims for fraud and slander are dismissed with prejudice, and without leave to amend. Plaintiff's remaini ng tort claims are dismissed without prejudice, and with leave to amend. Plaintiff's claims challenging the SSA's suspension and termination of social security benefits are dismissed without prejudice, and with leave to amend.
