For the reasons stated herein, the Court hereby orders that Plaintiff World Group Securities, Inc.'s motion for summary judgment is Granted. The Court orders that the arbitration filed with FINRA Dispute Resolution, entitled William S. Suggv. World Group Securities, Inc. and World Financial Group, Inc. shall be permanently Enjoined as to World Group Securities, Inc. and Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. Defendant Willi am S. Sugg is permanently Enjoined from bringing an arbitration action before FINRA Dispute Resolution against World Group Securities, Inc. and Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc., arising out of the facts surrounding the loan modification discus sed herein. The Court hereby orders that the final judgment be entered in favor of World Group Securities, Inc. The Clerk of Court is instructed to terminate the matter. Signed by Judge Michael M.
