ORDER granting 7 Defendant's Motion to Dismiss. This Court finds that Mexico is an adequate alternative forum and that the private and public interest factors weigh in favor of dismissal under the doctrine of forum non conveniens. Accordingly, it is hereby Ordered that plaintiff's motion to dismiss this action on forum non conveniens grounds is Granted and the instant complaint is Dismissed without prejudice.
