The claims brought by Plaintiff Lopez are severed from this action pursuant to FED.R.CIV.P. 21. Plaintiff Rogers shall proceed as the sole Plaintiff in this action. Plaintiff's Complaint is dismissed without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)(b) and 1915A(b).
