ORDER: The (Doc. 2 ) Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis is granted. The Complaint is dismissed without prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii)&(iii). No later than 30 days from the date of this Order, Plaintiff may file an amended complaint, which shall be entitled, "First Amended Complaint."
