ORDER: The Motion for Final Approval of Class Action Settlement (Doc. 68 ), and the Motion in Support of Award of Attorneys' Fees, Costs, and Incentive Award (Doc. 65 ) are granted. For purposes of Settlement only, the named Plaintiff is certi fied as Representative of the Class and Class Counsel is appointed to the Class. The Court finds that Class Counsel's request for attorneys' fees and expenses is fair, reasonable, and appropriate and awards fees and expenses to Class Counse l in the aggregate amount of $375,000.00 and an incentive award to Plaintiff in the amount of $5,000.00 to be paid by Defendant in accordance with the terms of the Settlement Agreement. The action and the claims alleged therein are ordered dismissed with prejudice. Without in any way affecting the finality of this Order and the final Judgment, the Court retains jurisdiction as to all matters relating to the interpretation, administration, and consummation of the Settlement Agreement.
