ORDER granting 2 Motion to Modify Arbitration Award; denying 9 Motion for Rule 11 Sanctions; and Directing Entry of Judgment. Petitioners request for pre-judgment and post-judgment interests is GRANTED as follows: prejudgment interest is award ed at the rate of nine percent per annum on the sum of $250,000.00 from August 4, 2011 until the judgment is entered here; and post-judgment interest is awarded at the federal interest rate as provided for in 28 U.S.C. § 1961 from entry of the judgment until respondents payment in full of the judgment award.
