ORDER granting Defendants OneWest Bank and Mortgage Electronic Registration, Inc's 3 Motion to Dismiss. Court dismisses with prejudice all causes of action against Dft Mortgage Electronic Registration, Inc (MERS), because Pla failed to make an y allegations as against that Dft. Court dismisses Pla's 1st cause of action for fraud and 3rd cause of action for TILA violations with prejudice. Court dismisses Pla's 4th cause of action for RESPA violations, 5th cause of action for unjus t enrichment and 2nd cause of action for unfair business practices with leave to amend.
