Court sua sponte dismisses this action w/o prejudice for failing to pay the $350 filing fee or file a Motion to Proceed IFP pursuant to 28 USC 1914(a) and 1915(a). The entirety of this action is dismissed as frivolous and malicious pursuant to 28 USC 1915A(b)(1). Because Court finds amendment futile, leave to amend is denied.
