ORDER Sua Sponte Dismissing the Action for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction; and Denying as Moot 3 Motion for Preliminary Injunction; and 7 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. In absence of a response to the Court's order to show cause, the Court finds that it lacks subject matter jurisdiction over this action for the reasons stated herein in its tentative ruling. Therefore, the Court sua sponte Dismisses this action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, and Denies P laintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction 3 and Defendant Selene Finance's motion to dismiss 7 as Moot.
