Filing 20 ORDER: Plaintiff has failed to satisfy its burden of showing that this Court has personal jurisdiction over Defendants. The Motion to Dismiss remains pending. No later than ten days from the date this Order is filed, and without waiving any objection s to this Order, Plaintiff may file a request for this action to be transferred to the District of Arizona. If Plaintiff does not file a request for this action to be transferred within ten days, the Court will grant the Motion to Dismiss and dismiss this action without prejudice pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2).
