Dfts shall pay each of the 88 claimants who submitted a claim prior to the date of this Order a merchandise certificate in the amt of $86.00. The certificates shall be transferable with no expiration date. Dfts shall pay the total sum of $1,500 to the Respresentative Plaintiff Kevin Lemieux. Dfts shall pay Class Counsel the sum of $119,841.00 as attys' fees, and $5,646.52 in costs. Dfts shall pay Kurtzman Carson Consultants (KCC) the total costs of $23,508.95 for notice and claims administration in this Action. Pursuant to Plaintiff's oral request, this Action is dismissed without prejudice as to Dft EZ Lube, Inc. The Action is dismissed with prejudice in all respects as to Dfts Henley Pacific LA, LLC, and OneCommand, Inc.. Without affecting the finality of this final judgment and dismissal with prejudice as to Dfts.
