ORDER Granting Final Approval of Class Action Settlement 49 , and Attorney Fees, Litigation Expenses, and Plaintiff Enhancement Award 48 . The court grants class counsel's motion for an award of attorneys' fees in the amount of $2,92 5,000, plus reimbursement of litigation expenses in the amount of $106,111.81. The court grants the request for a service payment to the named Plaintiff, Robert Reed, in the amount of $10,000. Pursuant to Section IX of the settlement agreem ent, the parties shall file a proposed judgment terminating the action with prejudice within fifteen (15) court days following the effective date, provided that the parties have performed all of their obligations under the agreement.
