Filing 10 ORDER Granting 3 Defendant's Motion to Dismiss Complaint. Plaintiff's federal claims are dismissed without prejudice. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367(c)(3), the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff' ;s remaining state law claims, and thus those claims are also dismissed without prejudice. The Court will afford Plaintiff an opportunity to amend her complaint to state a cognizable federal claim.
