Filing 10 ORDER Dismissing Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Claim and ORDER of Remand. The Bustamantes' FDCPA claim is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Pursuant to § 1367(c), the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the Bustamantes 39; negligence and UCL claims, and these are REMANDED to the Superior Court of California for the County of San Diego.
