Filing 101 ORDER: (1) Granting in part and Denying in part 81 Motion by Defendants Miracosta College District and Linda Kurokawa for an Order Dismissing the Amended Complaint for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction. Plaintiffs' claims against the MiraC osta Defendants are Dismissed with prejudice with the exception of Plaintiffs' claims against Linda Kurokawa, in her official capacity, for prospective injunctive relief; (2) Denying Jurisdictional Discovery (ECF No. 87 ); and (3) Granting in pa rt and Denying in part (ECF Nos. 78 , 79 ) Motion by Secfor International, et al., to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction, or in the Alternative, Failure to State a Claim. The Court grants Plaintiffs leave to file a Second Amended Complai nt ("SAC") remedying the defects identified above. Plaintiffs must file their SAC within 30 days of the entry of this Order. If Plaintiffs do not file a SAC within 30 days, Defendants must file their answer to the FAC within 20 days after expiration of the 30 days.
