Filing 24 ORDER granting in part and denying in part plaintiff's 21 Application for Leave to Amend. No later than fourteen calendar days after this order is entered in the docket, Potter may file a second amended complaint whose sole claim is that Chex inaccurately reported that U.S. Bank had reported Potter for account abuse. A second amended complaint that does not comply with this order is subject to being stricken. If Potter does not file a second amended complaint within the time permitted, or if he files one that does not comply with this order, this action will be dismissed with prejudice.
