Filing 16 ORDER: The Motion to Dismiss is granted as to the Bane Act claim against Reid and the Section 1983 claim against Reid, and all claims against the School District, Littrell and Keeley; the Motion to Dismiss is denied as to the negligence claim against Reid. (Doc. 9 ). All claims against the School District are dismissed with prejudice; the Bane Act claim against Reid and the Section 1983 claim against Reid, and all claims against Littrell and Keeley, are dismissed without prejudice. No later than thirty (30) days from the date this Order is filed, Plaintiff may file a motion for leave to amend the Complaint, accompanied by a proposed first amended complaint.
