Filing 48 ORDER Denying Plaintiff's 36 Motion for Partial Summary Judgment And Sua Sponte Granting Partial Summary Judgment In Favor of Defendant. It is ordered that Plaintiff is ordered to show cause why his remaining two claims violation of the FD CPA and the Rosenthal Act based on Defendants demand in the debt collection letter for interest on Plaintiffs debt should not be dismissed. To do so, Plaintiff shall file and serve a memorandum of points and authorities on or before 4/3/2017. Defen dant may file a response thereto on or before 4/10/2017. Thereafter, the Court will take this matter under submission pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7.1(d)(1). No oral argument or personal appearances shall be made unless otherwise ordered.
