ORDER Denying 15 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction; and Granting 16 Motion for Summary Judgment: Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants Santo Tomas, Inc., and C.A. Martinez Family Limited Partnership, jointl y and severally, in the amount of $4,000. The Court orders Defendants Santo Tomas, Inc., and C.A. Martinez Family Limited Partnership to maintain the accessible parking spaces at 1102 V.V. Williams Ave., Calexico, California, so that they r emain compliant with the ADA and applicable ADAAG standards. The Court also orders Plaintiff to show cause why his claims against defendant Aurelia Martinez should not be dismissed.
