ORDER On 89 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. It is ordered after having considered the submissions of the parties and based on the language of the asserted claims and the specification common to the patents at issue, the Court finds that the asserted claims of U.S. Patent No. 8,301,456 and US. Patent No. 8,311,834 are not drawn to patent-eligible subject matter under 35 U.S.C. §101 and are invalid. BMW's motion for judgment on the pleadings is therefore granted.
