ORDER Denying 66 Motion to Approve Settlement; Denying 67 Motion for Attorney's Fees. The parties are free to file a new motion for approval of a settlement that addresses the deficiencies identified in this order on or before December 19, 2016. In addition, the parties shall contact Magistrate Judge Dembin's chambers within two days of the date of this order to request a case management conference for a time he is available in early January 2017. If a new motion for settlement approval is filed by December 19, 2016, the parties may request that Magistrate Judge Dembin vacate the case management conference.
