ORDER (1) ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION ; (2) Granting Defendant's 15 Motion for Summary Judgment; (3) Denying Plaintiffs 13 Motion for Summary Judgment. It is ordered after conducting de novo review, the Court is satisfied that Ju dge Stormes's R&R is analytically sound. Accordingly, the Court overrules plaintiff's objections and adopts Judge Stormess R&R in its entirety. The ALJs decision was supported by substantial evidence, and thus the Court grants defendant's motion for summary judgment and denies Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment. This concludes the litigation in this matter. Signed by Judge Janis L. Sammartino on 3/1/2017.(dxj)
