Filing 16 ORDER Granting Defendant 4 Motion to Compel Arbitration And Stay Court Action. It is ordered that the Court concludes that the parties have validly agreed to delegate all issues relating to the Agreement to the arbitrator, including whether the mandatory class-action waiver is illegal. Accordingly, the Court grants defendants Motion to Compel Arbitration (ECF No. 4). Furthermore, pursuant to the FAA, the Court stays the judicial proceedings pending the outcome of any arbitration. See 9 U.S.C. § 3. Signed by Judge Janis L. Sammartino on 5/3/2017. (dxj) |
