Filing 32 ORDER Granting 22 Defendant's Motion to Dismiss and Granting Plaintiffs Leave to Amend. The Court GRANTS Defendants Motion to Dismiss the Consolidated Complaint (ECF No. 22). Nevertheless, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs leave to file an amended c omplaint that satisfies the deficiencies identified above. Plaintiffs must comply with CivLR 15.1(c). Plaintiffs shall file their amended complaint with the Court on or before October 1, 2019. Plaintiffs are warned that their failure to file an amend ed complaint on or before October 1, 2019 may result in the dismissal of this action without further notice. Defendants shall file their response to Plaintiffs forthcoming amended complaint within twenty-one (21) days after service of the amended com plaint. Alternatively, if Plaintiffs have nothing further to add or wish to appeal now, Plaintiffs may file a notice of no intent to further amend.
