ORDER granting in part and denying in part 14 Defendant's Motion to Dismiss. the Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Defendants motion to dismiss (ECF No. 14). The Court grants Defendants' request to dismiss Siegler's breach of contract claim against Defendant Curb Call, Inc. The Court dismisses this claim with leave to amend. The Court, however, denies Defendants' request to dismiss Siegler's breach of contract claim against Defendant Stephanie Sullivan. Last, th e Court grants Defendants' request to dismiss Siegler's unjust enrichment claim against Defendant Curb Call, Inc. This claim is also dismissed with leave to amend.
