Filing 24 ORDER Granting in Part 19 Motion to Dismiss; and Order of Reference. The issue of when the original complaint was created and signed is referred to Magistrate Judge Bernard Skomal for a report and recommendation. The only claim the FAC has adequat ely pled is Park's claim under the FAL and UCL based on the shoes he bought being marked as discounted when in fact they were never sold at the higher price.
