ORDER granting 5 Defendant's Motion to Compel Arbitration. The Court GRANTS ACE's motion to compel arbitration. (Doc. No. 5.) While the parties are in arbitration, the Court STAYS this action. The parties are ORDERED to file a joint stat us report with the Court every 90 days to apprise the Court of the status of the arbitration's proceedings, including the schedule of hearing dates.
