The form and method of notice satisfied the requirements of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the U.S. Constitution, including the D ue Process Clause. The Court grants class counsel $91,666.67 in attorneys' fees and $6,000 in expenses. The Court grants class representative Plaintiff Estes an enhancement payment of $5,000. The attorneys' fees, expense awards, and enhancement payment will be paid out of the settlement fund created by Defendants L3 Technologies, Inc. and L3 Unidyne, Inc. Signed by Judge Marilyn L.
