January 30, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 19 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION for Order (1) Denying 11 Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment; and Granting 14 Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. The court finds that the ALJ's decision to deny Plaintiff's benefits is sup ported by substantial evidence. Accordingly, the court recommends that Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment be denied and that Defendant's cross motion for summary judgment be granted. This Report and Recommendation is submitted to the U nited States district judge assigned to this case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1).
