ORDER Requiring Compliance with Chambers Rules. No later than 10/22/2018, counsel are to initiate efforts to meet and confer regarding (1) all disputed issues raised in the Motion to Quash Subpoena filed by Plaintiff Adam Savett, (2) whether this Court has jurisdiction to quash or otherwise modify said subpoena, which was served at an address in Dallas, Texas, and (3) whether Plaintiff's Motion to Quash should be transferred to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. If the parties have not resolved their dispute through the meet and confer process, counsel shall file and lodge with the undersigned's Chambers a joint statement entitled "Joint Motion for Determination of Discovery Dispute". The Joint Motion will supersede Plaintiff's Motion to Quash and should set forth in full both sides' positions as to all disputed issues. This filing will be the only briefing to be considered by the Court. Unless the Court directs otherwise, this matter will be resolved without oral argument. Signed by Magistrate Judge Karen S.
