California Trucking Association et al v. Becerra et al Featured Case

Plaintiffs California Trucking Association, Ravinder Singh and Thomas Odom are seeking to prohibit Defendants from applying and enforcing California's new test for whether a worker is an employee or independent contractor, as interpreted by the California Supreme Court in Dynamex Operations West, Inc. v.
