The necessary terms of the settlement agreement were placed on the record. That record is sealed and restricted to the Court and case participants. On September 24, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., the parties shall jointly call Judge Schopler's chambers to inform the Court on the status of filing a stipulation to dismiss. Plaintiff is responsible for initiating the joint call to chambers. Should the stipulation to dismiss be filed before that time, the obligation to call will be stricken without further Court order.
