MINUTE ENTRY (AGS): On October 18, 2019, the Court held an Early Neutral Evaluation and Case Management Conference. The case did not settle. A scheduling order will follow. On November 4, 2019, at 4:00 p.m., Defendants Hoang Tran and Minh Chau Tran must appear in person to show cause why they should not be held in contempt for failing to follow this Court's order that they "be present in person and prepared to discuss settlement" at the ENE. (ECF No. #6 , at 2.) The Court warned the parties that "[c]ounsel appearing without their clients... will be cause for imposition of sanctions." (Id.) At the November 4, 2019 hearing, defense counsel must provide a court-certified interpreter who is certified to interpret English to defendants' native language. An Early Neutral Evaluation and Case Management Conference will be held in the Chambers of Magistrate Judge Andrew G.
