Filing 13 DEFAULT JUDGMENT in favor of Lawrence Gay against Peckham Properties, Inc. It is hereby ordered and adjudged: 1. Default judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff Lawrence Gay and against Defendant Peckham Properties, Inc., as to the first cause of action for violation of the ADA and second causes of action forviolation of the California Unruh Civil Rights Act. 2. Defendant shall install an ADA-compliant dining table, counter seating, toilet seat cover dispenser,and door lock allowing disabled persons confined to a wheelchair accessibility and full use of the dining room seating, counter seating, and restroom facilities. 3. Plaintiff is awarded $8,000.00 in statutory damages. 4. Plaintiff is awarded $5,683.75 in attorneys fees and costs.(jrm) |
