Presently before the Court is Petitioners Ensambles Hyson, S.A. de C.V. and Rain Bird Corporation's Petition and Complaint seeking an anti-suit injunction to prohibit Respondent Javier Eduardo Chinchilla De La Huerta from pursuing an employment discrimination action in Mexico and an order compelling arbitration (ECF No. 1, "Pet."). Petitioners SHALL FILE a supplemental brief explaining why an anti-suit injunction is appropriate by January 1, 2024; Respondent SHALL RESPOND to the Petition and Supplemental Brief by January 24, 2024; and Petitioners MAY FILE an optional reply, if any, by February 15, 2024. Upon the closing of the briefing, the Court will take the matter under submission on the papers without oral argument pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7.1(d)(1).
